Funeral Director/Embalmer

Maple Ridge Funeral Chapel & Crematorium Ltd. is seeking a funeral director / embalmer.

Maple Ridge Funeral Chapel is a high volume funeral home serving families in the Lower Mainland of BC. We provide health benefits, a company matched RRSP plan and clothing allowance.

The successful candidate will be a licensed Funeral Director & Embalmer, or 2^nd year Dual License Apprentice. We will also consider dual license candidates from other provinces. Has a strong work ethic, written and verbal communication with client families and co-workers. Work well with others at all times. Competent is all respects of preparing and embalming decedents. Caring for families in a compassionate manor. Is competent in all aspects of arranging and directing funeral services. Is professional is appearance and demeanour.
